Ozone is the most efficient natural Board Spectrum Microbiological control substance and very reactive Disinfecting agent. It destroys Bacteria, Viruses and Cysts in a very short duration, when it comes in contact with any media i.e. water, air or any food item. Ozone is considered by most, to be the best available technology and a better alternative than using chemicals.
The concentration of O3 is higher or inhaled for longer duration. As per OSHA and other controlling agencies O3 concentration should not exceed
0.1 ppm (0.2mg/M3): 8 hours or more / day. 
0.3 ppm (0.6mg/M3) : Maximum 10 minutes. 
Ozone is very effective in reducing Bacterial load from environment and product itself. Ozone drastically increases shelf life of product and thus the products will remain fresh for longer duration.
Monitoring the concentration of Ozone in Air & dissolution in water is essential for control of disinfection. We manufactures equipment for monitoring & controlling Ozone in Air & Water. Monitoring system are equipped with low & high level alarms and can be integrated with process equipment if required.
